Dr Daniel R. Stubbings established this service to provide mental health treatment and support to people across the UK and local area. The aim of the service is to not only to treat mental health disorders but also to promote well-being in everyone connected to the service directly or indirectly.

His approach to psychotherapy is integrative and encompass cognitive-behavioural, humanistic, existential and psychodynamic theory and practice. Dr Stubbings has extensive practice experience with a wide array of mental health conditions across the lifespan. He has worked across forensic hospitals, the National Health Service and various post in academia. He is registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

Psychotherapy

Sessions occur evenings from 6:00 till late week days. Session are also available between from 2:30 Saturdays. Sessions are online and in-person can be negotiated. Sessions last for 50 minutes and the fee is £125

Home visits to the local area are available but there is a travel surcharge.

Career Coaching

Dr Stubbings can provide advice and coaching to aspiring psychologist from any stage of their career journey. Whether you are starting out at GCSE level or considering what you may need to get onto formal training it can be helpful to learn from someone who has already been there. Coaching sessions for 30mins start at £60, which can be a good investment in helping you decide if it is a good career path for you. 

Bespoke Training

Dr Stubbings has extensive knowledge on managing existential issues, suicide, cancer care, assessing capacity and anomalous psychological experiences. If you would like personalised or group training around these topics feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs.
