Booking Processes & Fees
The details of how to book sessions and their costs are provided below. First get in contact by filling out a brief summary of your interests on the contact page. You will then be responded to via a secure proton-mail account. If your needs are suitable for the service you will be sent a link to book in an appointment through the Halaxy booking service. You will be reminded of the session 24hrs before hand. Sessions can be re-arranged or cancelled up to 48hrs before the scheduled session otherwise there will be a full charge. Once booked, the confirmation booking will include a DoxyMe link to the psychologists telehealth waiting room. You will then be let in at your allocated time.

Individual Adult Psychotherapy
Sessions occur online. They last for 50 minutes and will end promptly. Initial assessment session will focus more about learning about your case and discussing how the service can be of help. Often subsequent sessions are needed but not always. If you need to be referred to another service you can be. Common issues addressed are provided here. But don't worry if your issue is not listed, your needs can be discussed.

Teenagers
Sessions with teenagers (13-18yrs old) will first require a session with at least one of the primary guardians to take a history of the teenager. Then another session will be scheduled with the teenager. The cost for each individual session is £125
Career Guidance
Whether you are at GCSE level or trying to get onto clinical psychology training courses, it can be worthwhile discussing the road ahead. The average psychology student can spend more than £70,000 obtaining their degrees and paying for accommodation. Before making that investment of money and time it can be helpful to discuss what it will actually entail. Brief career advice and reviews can be provided in 30minute sessions for £60 or a full 50minute session for £110.
Home Visits
Home visits can be provided to clients in the local area within the Vale of Glamorgan. The cost of home visits will be £125 plus a distance surcharge.

For locations 1-3 miles away the surcharge is £25

For locations 8-10 miles away the surcharge is £75
Online booking is preferrable, but sometimes sometimes only in-person will do.​
Couples Therapy
Couples work can be provided within the the Vale of Glamorgan within the context of a home visit. The cost is £125 plus a surcharge depending on the distance the couple is from the practice.
Clinical Supervision
If you are a practitioner psychologist, psychiatrist or counsellor wanting to receive supervision that is based on existential-psychodynamic principles then this can be provided. Cost £125
